We got this cool site award after being on line for only a couple of weeks. We were pretty impressed until we found out that these are handed out to anyone who wants one. But someone thought we had a cool enough site to send it to us, so we'll take it. |

| Most of the icons and special text developed for this site were made from Pixelsight Graphics. This is a nice on-line graphics program that is pretty easy to use, whether creating icons from scratch or editing existing GIF files. We highly recommend it. |  |

We were the subject of a column in the July 2001 edition of Softball West Magazine. The article, written by editor Mark Rhodes, highlighted the end of our 26-year run. In April of 1989 we also had a feature story written about the team in Softball World, a local newspaper, on the occasion of the team's 15-year anniversary. Our game was also featured in the paper's "Game of the Week" section, complete with box score and photos. Ever the showoff, we won the game 17-8. |

The DeMarini Bat Company. The only advertising we ever accepted on the site. In exchange for a spot at the top of our "Links" page for one year, we were given a new bat. That was back in '97, and we never heard from them again, so our experience in advertising is done. Nice bat, by the way. |
