I created a site, but it didn't work. What happened?
The most common problem encountered when using the Instant Site Creator is forgetting to save. When you have finished filling out the appropriate forms and are viewing the preview of the site, make sure to scoll down and click on the save button. This is the action that actually creates your site. If you fail to do this, your Instant Site or Instant Form will not be created.
Also, if you are sure that you have saved your Instant Site, but the pages don't appear when you try to access them over the web, try reloading (refresh) the page in the browser as your browser might be showing you an old page from memory.
What happened to my old page(s)?
If you use the Instant Site Creator, it creates new files for you, overwriting any pages that were previously there. If you want your old site back, delete the pages created by the Instant Site Creator through the WebCom File Manager or FTP and upload your original site again.
How do I add to my Instant Site?
In some areas the Instant Site Creator does not create the full content of the site, but instead creates place holders where logos or product information should be filled in. You can add these and anything else that you would like to your instant site by editing the files. For information about editing HTML, please see the Webcom Web Publishing Guide.
How can I add / remove items from my instant order form?
The Instant Order Form uses the WebCom Form Processor. If you have experience with using the Form Proceesor, you can re-configure the form created by the Instant Site Creator to add, delete, and change entries in your form. (Please see the Form Processor Documentation for more information.)If you are not familiar with the workings of the Form Processor, we recommend that you change your order form by using the Instant Site Creator to create a new form.
By default the Instant Form Creator does not make the Instant Form Secure. In order to do this, you will need to change the FORM TAG of your form. For more information about this, please see our Secure Server documentation.[an error occurred while processing this directive]
