WebCom, our website host requires
a referring url be submitted for a form to be processed. If the
"no referrer" error message is received, it indicates that the referring
url is not being sent. The most common reasons for this to occur are
listed below.
1) Norton Personal
Firewall software, or another type of Firewall in use. Users
of the Norton Personal Firewall software have reported issues using
forms at WebCom. If you are running this software, please disable it
before you attempt to complete the form. You may need to re-start your
computer after disabling the software to ensure that the firewall is
not in operation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
2)Trying to submit the form from a page that resides on a local computer
(not on the Internet). Your form must reside on-line within a WebCom
account to be submitted.
3)Dial-up provider is filtering referrer. Users of Web-TV may
experience this error message due to the referring url not being sent.
