I just setup a new/changed an email address, but it's not working. Did I do something wrong?

Probably not. The Email Maintenance Form is setup to catch any mistakes you might have made in configuring email addresses. It usually can take anywhere up to an hour for new email settings to take effect. The best way to check on this is to select "Overview of email account(s)" from the email services menu. If any of the "Account Name" entries are blinking, that is an indication that email address changes have not yet been fully activated.

The "Overview" screen is also useful for checking for any typos in the email account configuration which might be causing the problem.

Another possible cause of a new email address not working is the use of subdomains in the email address. For instance, the address rick@webcom.com will work correctly, while mail sent to rick@www.webcom.com/~webcom will bounce back to the sender. The "www" is considered a subdomain, and cannot be used in email addresses at WebCom.
