For Regions with solo & ensemble festivals in FEBRUARY and MARCH, return this form to ASAA by APRIL 4, 2008. For Regions with solo & ensemble festivals held before April 18, return this form to ASAA by APRIL 18, 2008. For Regions with solo & ensemble festivals held after April 18, return this form to ASAA by APRIL 25, 2008.

Scheduling needs. For the 2008 Sate Solo & Ensemble Festival, performance adjudications will be scheduled from 5:00 to 9:00 PM on Thursday (Vocal Solos Only), 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday and 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday. Participants need to be available for both days for scheduling as some instruments will only be adjudicated on one of the three days of the festival. Please list any special scheduling needs that you may have.
